2. Bethel University

. Based in Saint Paul located in Minnesota is a private, nonprofit college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. 38% of the programs delivered in the college are online.

The college offers 8 online bachelor’s degree programs and 12 online master’s programs for students that want to learn online.

4. Union Institute & University

Union Institute & University is a private nonprofit located in Cincinnati, Ohio and it is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

79% of programs offered in the college are also offered online students can choose from 14 online bachelor’s and 4 online master’s programs offered online if they do not want to attend physical classes. Tuition for undergraduate in-state and out-of-state students is $13,080 and tuition for graduate in-state and out-of-state students is $14,652.

5. Charter Oak State College

Charter Oak State College’s offers about 29 programs. The college is a public college based in Connecticut and is fully accredited by the New England Commission on Higher Education.

The college has about 10 online bachelor’s and 1 online master’s programs available for students who are not interested in the programs that are available on campus.

Undergraduate tuition in-state students is $7,656 and tuition for out-of-state students $10,056. Graduate tuition for in-state students is $9,288 and tuition for out-of state graduate students is $9,720.
